Special Orders
The Patio Shop offers a wide variety of products that can be ordered, customized and changed, and even specially designed. With the capability of ordering we can help you create a unique and custom look for your patio, porch, or outdoor room. From that just right throw pillow to the entire room, The Patio Shop has just what you want. Make it your own and let one of our award winning team members help you get it just right.
Most of our ordered products arrive in 4-6 weeks, but this varies from brand to brand, we will give you the details at the time of your order.

Please be advised that Special Order Items cannot be returned and that a deposit of at least 1/3 of your order is required when the order is placed. Any Special Order Items that are to be shipped directly to you must be paid in full the time the order is placed.

Delivery and Pick up
The Patio Shop offers a full-service delivery department. For a small fee, we will deliver, assemble and place your furniture to your satisfaction. At the time of purchase, you and your salesperson will set a delivery date. On the day prior to delivery, our delivery department will call you with a three-hour window for your delivery time.

In the event that you wish to pick up your furniture, our warehouse is located at 1903 East 24th Street Place, Chattanooga, TN. Warehouse hours are 10:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday - Saturday. Please let your salesperson know when you plan to pick up your furniture. Your salesperson will advise the Warehouse of your intended pick up time so that they have the opportunity to prepare your furniture, which will minimize your waiting time. Warranty
In order to provide you with the best service possible, we are committed to doing everything we can to assure that you are happy with your purchase from The Patio Shop. All warranties are offered and governed by the manufacturer of your furniture. As an expression of our commitment to customer service, we have a team of employees designated to represent your needs with the manufacturer. We find that, in most cases, our purchasing relationship with the manufacturer allows us easier access to the customer service department than our customers would experience on their own.

To begin the warranty process: photograph the problem you are having with your furniture, most Manufacturers request at least one picture of the problem and at least one picture of the entire piece of furniture. These photos along with details of the problem, invoice number and date of purchase should be emailed to our Warranty Department at mike@thepatioshop.com or can be mailed to our Warranty Department at 1903 East 24th Street Place, Chattanooga, TN, or a service call can be scheduled for us to come out and take the pictures and pick up the information requested above; to schedule a time and get current rate charges, please call our Warranty Department at 423-493-7629.

In most cases the manufacturer will not pay for delivery and or service calls, these are responsibilities of the customer. Each manufacturer’s claim process has different requirements. We generally get a response from the manufacturer within two weeks depending on the time of year and nature of the problem. At this time Warranty Department personnel will contact you and let you know the process the manufacturer is recommending. We will follow your claim through the entire warranty process and keep you informed of all processes.

We will attempt to make the warranty claim process as smooth and timely as possible. Please understand that we are a facilitator in the process, and thereby have limited control over the outcome and the length of time involved in resolving the claim. We provide this warranty service because of our commitment to your satisfaction with your purchase from The Patio Shop.
